Hurricane Dean - Update

This is San Miguel at 8:15 tonight. Our resident weatherman has informed us that the storm may pass closer to San Miguel than he predicted this morning. We have flipped stations on the TV but we aren't getting any information about the storm as it passes over the central part of Mexico except that the winds have dropped to about 40mph and the Mexican TV weather report said that Mexico City, Queretaro, Guanajuato and a list of about 10 other cities will have rain. Just rain. No predictions as to how much rain. Even the local radio station has not had any local predictions about the storm.

Today there has been a light rain off and on until about 4:30 PM. Since then a solid cloud cover has moved in and the rain has been constant but somewhere between a drizzle and a light rain. We think the storm will pass over sometime in the early morning.
