Which Lens?

Which lens is going to work best for me on a short trip to San Francisco? Should I take the Digital holga lens, the Lensbaby, the 24 mm or the 24-105 f4 IS lens????? I'm not going to take them all. One camera, one lens. Nada mas! The 24-105 lens is heavy especially when you are walking around with a camera all day. And the camera 24-105 lens combo makes a big camera statement. So I doubt that I'll take that lens. I don't expect to come back with a portfolio of fabulous images but I'd like to come back with a keepsake or two. I'm probably going to go with the digital holga or the lensbaby and just have fun.

But maybe not. I still have until tomorrow morning to decide.

Babs yes I can attest to the good food. Had a marvelous dinner last night.

Frank, I brought the camera with the lens that I said I wouldn't take, the 24-105 f4 IS lens and put the digital holga and lens baby in the suitcase. I tried out the lensbaby yesterday afternoon and took it off the camera before we went to dinner. At dinner last night I had the BIG lens back on the camera and that is what I'll probably carry with me today. It is times like this that I think about the Rebel XTi with the 17-85 EFs (or whatever) lens as a better travel camera. Much lighter!

Oh, JEZ! One camera lens combo for "at home" and another for traveling. Until the lottery says I'm a winner, I'll just have to stick with what I have. However, that 17-55 2.8 IS EF-s is sure tempting me.....:-)
