OSHA would be at our door in the United States. These men are three floors up and standing on a wall about 5 inches wide. Most of the deconstruction was completed today so maybe tomorrow will be a little quieter. We have no idea how they will manage the large wooden beam that is in front of their feet. It has to come out. But could probably be used as a part of the covered terrace on the 3rd floor. The same with the other wooden beam at the very bottom of the photograph. How will they get them down? Where will they store them? How will they get them up to the third floor? I guess we'll find out as the "plan" unfolds.
