Medical Report
It has been a while since I posted any medical stuff about Ned. To put it all in a nutshell, after surgery he had five high intensity radiation treatments and now he has had the first of three rounds of chemo. So one down and two more to go. He is doing fine. His appetite is not bad although some things don't taste as good as usual. So far he still likes pork although he didn't like it while he was taking chemo last year. Broccoli? Not so good! Corn? Good! Red wine isn't high on his list but ice cream is. If red wine and ice cream were both off his eating list, then we would have to start to worry. Most days he feels good. So I guess we can still call him "one tough guy."

I'm glad your husband is getting better. You both are great people.
I am glad things are going fairly well. Hoping for all the best for you both. Take care.
That's great news. Keeping appetite up and eating well keeps a person strong so I hope he keeps enjoying his pork and ice cream. That sounded kind of strange in the same sentence!
Saludos to you both.
I've no doubt that he is 'one tough guy' and if it takes pork and ice cream then so be it!
Love to you both,
jonna
Very Good! You remain in our prayers.

so glad to hear your husband is doing better and has a good appetite. I will keep you in my thoughts. LL
Thanks for the update. Both of you are "tough cookies". We speak of you often and wish both of you the best. Give Ned a big hug and we will see you in January!
We too think of you and Ned and are glad to hear that he is doing ok with the chemo. Jim's favorite food is corn...so he and Ned would agree on that! We're looking forward to seeing you both in January when we're in SMA.

We missed you at GrupoLoco but are hoping you
are here for the Christmas party.
We are thinking the week of the 20th.
We will be sure to have ice cream available-
Be sure and give Ned our hopes for a continued
"easy" chemo protocol.
Gale
Your tough guy is in my prayers.
