This party is wrapping up tonight and what a party it has been. We've seen friends, eaten at lots of our favorite places, checked off the items on our shopping list, visited with all the family and we celebrated Kevin and Jennifer's wedding. What a lovely wedding it was.....so beautiful, so personal and so much fun. Tonight will be take out Chinese food.Since it quietened down this afternoon, I've been thinking about our family....sometimes they just don't do things MY WAY. I just don't understand that when my way is the best way. Okay, you can laugh. I know that my kids are laughing. But you know I have to admit, they are all good people, working and raising families. We are truly blessed.
Tomorrow night we'll be back in Laredo, ready to cross the border at first light. I'll see you on the other side.
