Tables of Food
Oh my but we've had quite a weekend. We joined up with some friends to cook for two days. Everyone was trying new recipes. It was like gathering for a family Thanksgiving with people coming in from Morelia, Guanajuato and DF. That means rounds of hugs and kisses with each new arrival. Eating kind of spread over eight hours each day with lots of visiting as we moved from one room to another and from one course to another. My key lime pie was a hit. Life is good.

OMG I love key lime pie!
"That means rounds of hugs and kisses with each new arrival."I guess the flu prevention program has left the building.
I have the best recipe ever!
We were throwing caution to the wind since none of us know of anyone who has had swine flu. Living dangerously in my old age. LOL
Mmmmmm. Love food! Sounds great!
The time we all spent together at the Rancho was magical. I can't imagine a better way to spend a long weekend: laughing with old friends and new, cooking wonderfully delicious meals, eating and drinking together, and, to put the icing on the cake, DANCING!
What a privilege, what a joy. And that key lime pie was more than a hit, it was rated A#1 by my sweetie, who lived 30 years in Key West--key lime pie central!
Love to you and Ned

Sounds heavenly. Would you ever consider sharing your key lime pie recipe?
key Lime Pie is my favorite. I could never attempt it because it requires me to use those spoons with numbers on them. I will just wait for handouts and marvel at the process.
