Well of course I clicked on the link and found that VoxPhotographs Weblog, The Voice of Fine Art Photography in Maine had written about an exhibition at Bowdoin College Museum of Art. And there almost at the end of the blog entry was my image, Maurice, from a series of still life I had done with pears using an alternative process.
Back in 2005 I wrote about Maurice being in a show that was curated by the Harry Ransom Humanities Research Center at the University of Texas. You can see those blog entries here and here.
Looks like the Harry Ransom show has traveled to Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. Makes me feel good that the author of the VoxPhotographs Weblog, liked my image well enough to mention it on his/her blog.

very cool, billie. congrats! the image really is quite beautiful.
I love the pear image, Billie. The tight pear in the foreground, the blurred ones in the back. Superb!
I love your work, too, Billie.
The pear series is quiet, lovely, sensuous.
