Is a cherub with black wings like a black sheep?
This is the cemetery in Hoctun.

This is a personal blog where I will be writing about family, photography, cooking, gardening, living in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and growing older. And maybe anything else that happens to interest me. You've been warned...but feel free to read along.

Lordy, is that a full-fledged butt crack I see? Quite the realistic little fellow.
Michael, It is full fledged! Isn't he cute. I've seen butt cracks before but never a black wing cherub.
I really think it's quite cute. I don't know about the black wings though. Very nice.
Billie I was curious about Black Wings and I found a song by a group called Pumpkins I believe who have the words Black Wings in their song. I don't know if this means anything at all. Just thought you'd like to see....

love is a sentimental heart
life is a sentimental way
spy the fragile heart so cursed
as he walks across this earth
i'm disconnected by your smile
disconnect a million miles
and what you promised me
i hope will set you free
i'm disconnected by your smile
and all i gave to you is lost
and all you took from me is lost
black wings carry me so high
up to meet you in the sky
i'm disconnected by your smile
disconnect a million miles
and what you promised me
i hope will set you free
i'm disconnected by your smile
wishing you were real to me
wishing i could make believe
i'll take my secrets to the grave
safely held beneath the waves
always knew i couldn't save
always knew i couldn't save you
