Rain on the Terrace

Raindrops on the jade plant. I'm posting this just because I like the abstractness of it and the color.

Color and light. And texture. Nice.

Thanks Steve. I used the a modified holga lens on the digital camera. To photograph this close, the lens is actually unscrewed from the mount and held in front of the camera. That is what causes even more vignetting. Kind of fun to play with.

OK, you had to be using a tripod, but were you holding the lens in your hand, or did you have something else set up to hold it? Boggles the mind how you did that. But my mind is easily boggled these days...

1st Mate. The camera was held in the right hand and the lens in the left hand. No tripod.

You are busy with both hands! Nice picture and the water clear, lol...wait until it arrives to the creek. It will be muddy then. Thanks God you are back! I kept on visiting your blog and didn't see any post. Wondering if you were unerwater as many places are in Guanajuato. Silly me, needed to click "home" to see your new posts. Welcome back and I am happy to read your posts, whenever weather let you post.

Alfredo.
