El Campo
Not everyone who moves to San Miguel wants to live in the town. Some people have different interests and the countryside suits them better. While they can still drive in and participate in the events that happen almost every night, they are experiencing Mexico in a different way. Thanks Billie for the link. What I enjoy about San Miguel de Allende is the diversity of cultures, colors and scenery. We do love el Campo, but it is clearly not for everyone. However, we can share it with our friends from Centro, both Mexicans and gringos, and everyone adds to our experience and adventure while they can take something different away.
